DO NOT MOW GRASS CLIPPINGS INTO THE STREETS AND GUTTERS

PLEASE do not mow your grass clippings into the streets and gutters. It may not seem like a big deal, but it causes problems all along the storm water system AND IT IS UNLAWFUL.
The first problem being clogged basins that do not drain when it rains. Thank you for your help!
